Refund policy

At the time of delivery, you will be given the option to open and inspect your parcel before making the Cash on Delivery payment.

If you find any problem or defect in the product, you may immediately hand it back to the delivery rider without paying the COD amount.

Kindly note that once the parcel has been accepted and payment is made, returns will not be entertained, as the product has already been checked at the time of delivery.
